Return & Exchange Rules
1.Time Limit
You may apply for returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days upon receipt of your order. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
2.Basic Requirements (All terms must be met)
·Items must be brand new with no signs of wear, washing, stains, odors or abrasion.
·All original accessories including hang tags, outer packaging, dust bags and shoe boxes (for footwear) must be intact and complete.
·Products must not be altered, tailored or dyed manually. They should be free of perfume, cigarette smoke or any other odors that may affect resale.
·Customized products are not eligible for non-reason returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for damaged items during delivery or products with original quality defects.
3.Ineligible Cases for Returns & Exchanges
·Applications submitted beyond the 14-day return and exchange period.
·Missing or removed original hang tags, damaged packaging or incomplete accessories.
·Items with obvious use traces such as wear, washing, stains, pilling or residual odors.
·Intimate apparel including underwear, swimwear and socks (due to hygiene regulations).
·Discounted items, clearance products and final sale goods.
Notice: Parcels returned without prior approval from our customer service will be rejected directly by our warehouse.
4.Shipping Fee & Customs Regulations
·For issues caused by our side (product defects, incorrect items delivered): We will cover all round-trip shipping fees and relevant customs duties, and provide official return labels.
·For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (wrong size, dislike of style, etc.): The buyer shall bear all international return shipping fees. Free return labels will not be provided. Customs duties and clearance fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
·If the buyer refuses the parcel without valid reasons: Round-trip shipping fees, customs duties and all clearance charges will be deducted from the payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method.
5. Return & Exchange Process

Once your return application is approved, we will send you the return label and inform you of the shipping guidelines and address. Any parcels returned without prior application will be refused.

Damaged Goods & After-sales Service
Please inspect your parcel immediately after receiving it. If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us right away. We will verify the issue and offer proper solutions.
Exchange Instructions
The most efficient way to exchange goods: Submit a return application for your current item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for your preferred products.
Refund Policy
We will inform you of the refund result after inspecting your returned items at our warehouse. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and normally arrive within 10 working days. Additional delays from banks or credit card issuers are normal.

*Product Care Instructions
Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
1. Gently wipe the lenses with a soft cloth dipped in mild soapy water, then dry with a lint-free cloth.
2. Do not use alcohol, acetone or other corrosive cleaners, as they may damage the lenses.
3. Avoid exposing the products to extremely hot or cold environments.
4. Keep the items in original packaging after use to protect them from impact, sunlight, dust and moisture.
Down Garments
1. Use special detergent designed for down products.
2. Gently pat the garment with a hanger while drying.
3. Do not pull the buttons hard to prevent deformation.
4. Store in a well-ventilated area.
Fur Products
1. Do not wash with water.
2. Do not tumble dry or expose to direct sunlight.
3. Wipe off light dust along the fur grain with a warm damp cloth.
4. Keep away from direct sunlight.
5. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
6. Professional cleaning on a regular basis is recommended.
100% Cotton
1. Maximum washing temperature: 60°C.
2. Use regular laundry detergent.
3. Do not soak for too long to prevent deformation and fading.
4. Wash separately by color to avoid color bleeding.
5. Reduce spin-drying time when machine washing.
Woolen Products
1. Dry clean only; do not wash with water.
2. Avoid rough friction to prevent wear and pilling.
3. Do not use bleach.
4. Do not wring after cleaning. Squeeze out excess water and air dry in a cool ventilated place.
5. Store in a dry and well-ventilated area.
Nylon Fabric
1. Maximum washing temperature: 45°C to prevent deformation.
2. Use regular laundry detergent.
3. Do not rub hard to avoid pilling.
4. Only low-temperature ironing is allowed due to poor heat resistance.
Denim
1. Maximum washing temperature: 40°C.
2. Wash separately to prevent color transfer and damage.
3. Wash inside out to reduce fading.
4. Do not dry under direct sunlight.
Genuine Leather
1. Do not soak or wash with water.
2. Wipe off dust and dirt with a soft dry cloth.
3. Never tumble dry if the leather gets wet.
4. Hang to air dry naturally in a cool and ventilated place.
5. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and cracking.
6. Store in a ventilated area and keep away from moisture.
7. Do not iron.
Wool Fabric
1. Professional dry cleaning is recommended, or hand wash at 25-29°C.
2. Use special wool detergent.
3. Gently rub only on stained areas.
4. Wash inside out separately and do not soak for an extended period.
5. Keep away from strong sunlight.
6. Do not iron.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are calculated based on your total order amount at checkout and will be automatically added to your final bill.
